Structural characteristics
The SGW pipeline filter is designed for the circulating water system of nuclear/thermal power plants, and is installed in front of the condenser to filter out small impurities that cannot be intercepted by the primary filter, in order to ensure the working effect of the condenser. According to its installation location and function, users also refer to it as a secondary filter or debris filter.
The basic structure of SGW pipeline filter screen is as follows: the segmented filter screen intercepts impurities again on the side. When there is a large accumulation of impurities and a certain pressure difference is generated, the backwash device is activated to use the circulating water pressure difference to flush the filter element and discharge the impurities. The cycle repeats continuously and fully automatically to separate impurities from the medium and restore the filtering flow state.
The recommended material for SGW pipeline filter screen is stainless steel. Carbon steel with polymer lining can also be used, or other materials can be selected according to user requirements.
