The company's R&D team has advanced design concepts and, in addition to long-term technological accumulation and traditional methods, widely adopts computer-aided methods for technological development, such as:

CFD fluid dynamics calculation and analysis software;

At the same time, Sanke Nuclear Power also carries out industry university research cooperation with universities and research institutions, deeply cultivating in the fields of hydraulic model development, rotor dynamics analysis, bearing design, surface treatment technology, etc., to improve product reliability and applicability.
Basic means
The company has a first-class qualification physical and chemical laboratory, which can conduct metal chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, metallographic analysis, corrosion testing, as well as parts PMI testing and PT, UT, MT non-destructive testing.
A series of equipment including industrial endoscopes, ultrasonic thickness gauges, and coordinate measuring machines can ensure comprehensive inspection of key components during the manufacturing process.
The dynamic balance test center can conduct dynamic balance tests to ensure accuracy for large heavy-duty rotors and high-speed multi-stage rotors.
The 160KW product performance test bench is used for hydraulic performance testing of pump products, with a test accuracy of GB3216 Class B standard.
