Structural characteristics

Double shell multi-stage centrifugal pump, with a multi-stage split structure for the inner pump, making maintenance faster and more convenient. The inlet and outlet of the pump are both vertically upward. This series is suitable for boiler feedwater of supercritical power generation units, with a medium temperature not exceeding 210 ℃.

The impeller is symmetrically arranged, the axial force of the rotor is hydraulically self balanced, and the residual axial force is supported in both directions by the sliding thrust bearing. Due to unbalanced water leakage, the hydraulic efficiency of the pump is higher than that of segmental pumps.

The pump is supported by sliding bearings for forced lubrication. The shaft seal is a mechanical seal.
