Structural characteristics

Double shell centrifugal pump, with a multi-stage segment structure for the inner pump, API defined type: BB5.

This series of pumps has high working speed, good rotor rigidity, and stable working condition.

The inlet and outlet of the pump are both vertically upward, and the internal pump can be replaced as a whole. This series is suitable for boiler feedwater of large nuclear/thermal power units, with a medium temperature not exceeding 210 ℃.

The pump rotor is supported by multi oil wedge sliding bearings for forced lubrication.

The axial force of the rotor is balanced by a hydraulic balancing device, and the sliding thrust bearing can balance the transient residual axial force in both directions.

The shaft seal is a mechanical seal.
