Structural characteristics

The SXW series rotary filter can effectively intercept and remove suspended dirt and particulate impurities (such as aquatic organisms such as aquatic plants, fish and shrimp) larger than the mesh diameter in fresh water or seawater as a water source. The equipment operates reliably and is easy to maintain. It is widely used in nuclear/thermal power hydraulic systems, LNG receiving station water supply systems, as well as chemical, metallurgical, urban water supply and other work environments.

The basic structure of a rotating filter screen is as follows: the motor drives the spindle transmission mechanism, and the interception screen plate is driven by a chain to operate in the track, removing foreign objects from the water, and then flushing them into the sewage tank through the flushing system for discharge.

The equipment can operate automatically or manually, with a depth of up to 30m for general use and up to 45m for special designs.
