Structural characteristics

The grid cleaning machine is used to clean floating objects, especially aquatic organisms, that are intercepted by the grid and affect the flow effect due to sedimentation, ensuring the normal operation of the grid, reducing the processing load of subsequent water treatment processes, and protecting the normal operation of equipment.

According to the work form, commonly used mechanical slag cleaning equipment includes three types: chain type, mobile type, and wire rope traction type grid slag cleaning machines. According to their structural characteristics, there are various forms such as rake type, circular type, arc-shaped, rotary type, drum type, rotary type, toothed rake type, and stepped type.

The basic structure of GLC grid cleaning machine is that the deceleration motor drives and controls the action of the cleaning rake through the cable wrapped around the main shaft of the lifting transmission mechanism, scraping and dumping the garbage captured by the grid.
