On May 12, 2020, the working group of the Liaoning Provincial Key Technology Innovation and R&D Base Construction Engineering Center (referred to as the Provincial Innovation and Research Center) visited and inspected Sanke.

The Construction Engineering Center for Important Technological Innovation and R&D Bases in Liaoning Province focuses on the needs of Liaoning's revitalization and development, and organizes the construction of new R&D institutions, the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the research and development of common key technologies, the cultivation and aggregation of scientific and technological talents, innovation and entrepreneurship services, enterprise innovation services, scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation, research on scientific and technological development strategies, scientific and technological information consulting, analysis and testing, and other innovative elements that are gathered globally. Efforts will be made to open up channels for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productivity, cultivate and develop emerging industries, support the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and provide support and guarantee services for the construction of the 'Belt and Five Bases' and the implementation of the 'Five Major Regional Development Strategies'.

After the recommendation of the Science and Technology Bureau and the selection of the expert group, the Provincial Innovation and Research Center received the recommendation and formed an inspection team, led by Li Jun, consisting of three people, to visit and inspect our company.
