The radioactive waste generated during the operation of nuclear power plants is condensed into a concentrated liquid through the evaporation and ion exchange resin of the treatment system, and then solidified into a solid state by the cement solidification system through the interaction of cement. The radioactive waste is solidified and contained in concrete waste bins for storage, transportation, and disposal.
In the cement solidification system, the mixing slurry is used to mix radioactive wastewater, resin, and cement in steel drums, and its operation effect will directly affect the filling coefficient of the steel drums, which has a huge impact on the treatment effect and cost.
Each set of stirring blades consists of two monomers that rotate in both directions. Two individual mixing blades have the same shape and opposite rotation direction, and are used together. A single mixing blade consists of three parts: shaft, blade, and connecting flange. Each mixing blade has two sets of six blades twisted in half space, with a spiral shape and manufactured through special processes. The mixing slurry material is 316 austenitic stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance.
The mixing slurry developed by Sanke has accurate profile, smooth mixing, high cement solidification volume ratio, good operating effect, and increased service life, which has been highly recognized by users and can completely replace imported products.
