Structural characteristics

Multi stage segmental centrifugal pump, API defined type: BB4

This series is mainly used for boiler feedwater and can also be used as other clean water pumps. Corresponding to the operating pressure conditions of the boiler, there are three specifications of medium temperature: 105 ℃, 160 ℃, and 210 ℃. The inlet and outlet of the pump are vertically upward, and the rotor is supported by rolling bearings or sliding bearings. Lubrication can also be achieved through splash lubrication or forced lubrication. The default form of shaft seal is mechanical seal.

The axial force of the rotor is balanced by the hydraulic balance device, and the residual axial force is borne by the thrust bearing.

The SDG shell is a casting, while the SDGB shell is a forging.
